Team Leader/Senior Game Designer

2022 - Present

Lead a team of 5 peoples in the design and development of instructional games/applications for PC, web, and mobile platforms.

  • Prepared an insightful marketing and customer needs research.

  • Present game concepts, Finacial plan, and Marketing plan to the product owner, CEO, investors and my team.

  • Created an original short tale app that is simple to produce and has growth potential.

  • Conceptualize, implement, and maintain gameplay systems that achieve a fulfilling flow state, addictive game loops, and a risk/reward balance.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation (such as design outlines, diagrams, and visual mockups) that details the triggers, interactions, and subsequent events of specific features or aspects of gameplay.

  • Create an User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) to optimize the player interface.

  • Create VFXs, Materials, Textures and shaders.

  • Increased the frame rate of a game from 60 to 200 fps.

  • made a huge impact on the marketing graphic design pipeline by developing a semi-automatic system that allows GMs to construct their own landing pages from a spread sheet and CSS/HTML template, reducing the graphic workload by more than half.
